Pathbuilders develops leaders who see more, with mentoring and development built for every stage of a career.
Stage four of four
INSPIRE
An engagement built for one executive at a career inflection point.
The focus: becoming more than they knew was possible.
See where INSPIRE fits: the four stages →This leader has already arrived. What comes next is the hardest work of all, and the most personal.
They set the vision, create the environment for success, frame what talent the organization needs, and take on the challenges no one else can.
The frontier ahead isn’t a harder version of what they’ve mastered. It’s a different order of challenge, one that asks them to go beyond anything this career has required, and to become more than they knew they had in them.
Development like this is entirely individual. The challenge is too specific, the stakes too high, for anything else.
Organizations and individual leaders engage us at the INSPIRE level for unique situations. A first-time C-suite role, a mandate with no internal precedent, an opportunity to reposition an entire line of business, a transition to recover from, or sometimes something outside of work affecting capacity.
INSPIRE is built for that leader, one at a time.
The 5D Model at INSPIRE
The 5D Model names the five dimensions that define great leadership at each of the four stages. The SEE Framework™ describes how a leader’s capacity to see more grows across them.
This is the summit: the level INSPIRE is built to develop.

The live challenge creates the curriculum and keeps every session real. No cohort. No template.
The Intake. Before anything is designed, before the Mentor is even identified, Pathbuilders spends several weeks in extensive conversation, exploring what matters most to this leader’s success, professional and personal. It forms a complete picture of the person before any other decision is made, and that picture drives everything that follows. The depth of it has been known to produce its own clarity, before the engagement even begins.
The Launch. The partnership opens with a live, half-day session, in person. A Pathbuilders senior leader guides the Mentor and Mentee through the conversations that rarely happen on their own, so both leave certain of why they were matched. It draws the leader into the hard stories, the ones that would otherwise take months to surface, and the partnership starts at depth.
We go find the Mentor once we know exactly who this leader needs.
Once the intake reveals what this leader most needs, Pathbuilders searches its network for the person who fits, then confirms it through thoughtful dialogue and reflection before any match is made.
What matters is that they have stood in this same place, at this level, and come through it. The one person whose experience meets this leader’s moment, wherever they are. That person is worth finding, and Pathbuilders finds them.
A timeline determined by the work itself.
Some partnerships run a few months, others most of a year, shaped by what this leader is working through.
The work is driven by the leader’s own challenge and supported by a set of tools and worksheets, the Playbook at their center. Across the engagement the Playbook becomes a living picture of the key players, the relationships that matter, and the talent still to be found. Every page asks the same question. Who is missing? Asked consistently and answered deliberately, that question is how an INSPIRE leader builds the organization they need to win.

What changes.
Every engagement is shaped for one leader, so no two stories are the same.

You won’t find a list of the executives we work with. What brought them here stays with them.
INSPIRE often begins with an organization that already trusts us to develop the leaders coming up, and now wants that same care for someone already at the top. Some have mentored in LEAD themselves. At the top of the arc, it is their turn.
There’s an executive who’s capable of even more.
Let’s talk about the moment they’re in.
